food is very delicious! my husband can’t remember the last time he had a meal this good. there wasn’t one dish we didn’t like. even the bread was perfect. we loved the Alat samsas even more than the tandoor samsas (also good). and the lamb shashlik on the three skewers was soooooo good. have to try it. i do wish the portions were larger but i guess that’s high end restaurant portions? (shrug)

My wife and I drove extra from Tashkent city area. We didn't regret it. The food was very good and tasty. They serve more or less Khazakhstani food. The menu is very extensive. Friendly staff, very nice and clean atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing experience at Lali Restaurant in Tashkent! Everything was beyond delicious- from fresh salads to the most incredible sambusas, and their bread baked right in front of you in traditional tandoors. You can literally feel the soul in every bite! The restaurant was packed, but the team still managed to find us a table without a reservation- and with a big smile. Special thanks goes to Askar, who really did take a very good care of us, even managed to find a deserts that was on a stop list. The atmosphere is warm, vibrant, and full of flavor, just like the food itself. If you’re in Tashkent, Lali is an absolute must-visit: authentic, welcoming, and unforgettable.

I would have given five stars for everything, except for the fact that they found it difficult to seat us at a large table and wished us to sit at a table for four while we were five. Then, my friend, a visitor like us, but spoke the local language arrived. We immediately got a much larger table. My friend didn't like that table. We were offered our choice of table I wish they could have done that in the first place itself The service was excellent The plating was excellent The food was superb, with reasonable quantities All in all, a wonderful dining experience The breads, freshly baked in front of us, the excellent food, and the preparation was really superb An excellent experience Will definitely do a repeat

Everything is perfect here. The food was great, the atmosphere, the vibe. We tried to order more food to try more, but it was only 3 of us. This is the only place that didn’t fail liver bbq, it was so good. I highly recommend their desserts as well, napoleon cake was so fresh. Lali Restaurant in Tashkent is definitely a place where food speaks louder than the waiters. You can actually see how your meal is being prepared, always a good sign when the kitchen has nothing to hide. The salads were fresh, balanced with just the right amount of sauce. We tried the vaguri, it was tender, juicy, and absolutely worth it, and the fish, which was soft and flavorful. Dessert… well, let’s just say it didn’t live up to the stars of the show. Service could use a little more enthusiasm , when the food is this good, the staff should show passion about it! Still, overall, a great experience. Come for the food, stay for the taste, and ignore the service.

Visited twice and each time enjoyed the experience. The interiors are beautiful and smartly designed - although an open space and lots of guests somehow you end up having privacy and can chat over a meal. The menu is reach and everything ordered tasted delicious (plov, samsa, kebabs, salads, soup). Prices are similar to other high-end restaurants in Tashkent. Staff is polite and attentive, which adds up to whole experience. Note: though we were miraculously seated upon arrival both times visited, the place is always packed so better reserve a table in advance.

We had a very handsome waiter, just like an actor. The service, as well as the decor, was top-notch. The menu and selection were extensive, and the food was delicious, beautiful, and traditional. The high prices reflect this. Recommended.
